Production time
All posters are printed to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships. Custom designs that need a proof approval ship after you approve the final design.
Shipping times and costs (USD)
Delivery times below are counted after production.
- United States: 4–7 business days (USPS). Free shipping.
- Canada: 3–7 business days. $9.99, free on orders over $99.99.
- UK & Europe: 10–21 business days. $4.99, free on orders over $99.99. This covers Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
- Australia, Brazil and Hong Kong: 10–21 business days. $9.99, free on orders over $99.99.
- Japan: 10–21 business days. Free shipping.
Custom design orders ship free to all the countries listed above. Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay. If your country isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Packaging
- 8×10" posters ship flat in a rigid mailer.
- 11×14", 16×20", 17×22" and 24×36" posters ship rolled in a crush-proof box tube.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@customcarposters.com and we’ll work with the carrier to find it or send a replacement.
